Abstract

Factors which may provoke adverse reactions to foods in organisms and the possibilities of allergy diagnose and treatment were described in the present work. The rules of isolated and characterised allergens classification were presented and the most popular out of them were discribed. The possibilities of application of biotechnology in recombinant antibodies production and new trends in research on allergenic foods were presented.
