Diet supplementation among students

Abstract

The aim of the study was to assess diet supplementation among students of 4 selected Warsaw and Tarnow universities. It was found that diet supplementation was common practice. 38,2% of respondents used dietary supplementation, and 51,5% of them, at least once a day. The female students more often than male students used diet supplementation.
