Consumers’ preferences of quality traits of the dairy products in the southeastern region of Poland

Abstract

The aim of this investigations was designation of the most important quality traits of the dairy products for consumers of southeastern region of Poland. The investigations were carried out by inquiry method. Sensory traits are the most important for consumers.
