Title

Detection of adulterations in juices from berry fruits

Abstract

Methods of analysis of authenticity juices from berry fruits were presented in the paper. Characteristic compounds present in fruit juices enable their identification. To assay chemical composition of fruit juices chromatographic, enzymatic, SIRA-MS, SNIF-NMR methods are employed. Comparison of chemical composition with determined standards is a basic way of detection adulterations of juices.
