Title

Determination of lactic acid in plant material

Abstract

HPLC method for determination of lactic acid in presence of other organic acids was elaborated and compared to the other methods. This method was compared to titratic, colorimetric, fluorometric and enzymatic procedures according to their specifity, accuracy and precision.
