Title

Review of chromatographic methods used for analysis of amino acids

Abstract

The review of the chromatographic methods (paper, thin-layer, electrochromatography, gas, liquid – column and high pressure liquid chromatography) used for the analysis of amino acids in the paper is presented. The method with using of the Hewlett Packard’s HPLC chromatograph AminoQuant 1090 series II with a diode array detector is especially exhibited.
