Application of PCR method to differentiation of industrial yeast

Abstract

PCR method was used for identification hybrids industrial yeast Saccharomyces with amylolytic strain Schwanniomyces occidentalis ATCC 48086. Application of this method afforded possibilities for identification of three intergeneric fusants containing DNA both parental strains.
