Abstract
Four Trichoderma reesei mutants have been tested during batch cultivations for beta-glucanases production on the medium with different source of carbon. Trichoderma viride F-19 has been used as high-lytic enzyme-production reference strain. The highest activities of beta-glucanases have been estimated in culture filtrates obtained after cultivation of T. reesei VTT-D-78085 and T. viride F-19 on the medium with 1% mixture of chi tin and glucan at the ratio 1:1. High proteolytic activities of culture filtrates obtained during cultivation in the presence of 1% of glucan were connected with high protein content in this substrate which acting as inducer of production of these enzymes. Beta-glucanases produced by T. reesei M-7 were resistant to glucose catabolite repression.
