Chosen factors of table fats consumption changes determination in Poland, in 1990-1995

Abstract

In the paper, changes in the table fats consumption, and reasons of them in Poland in 1990-1995 were discussed. Effect of chosen factors for consumption changes and nutrition consequences were determined. Behaviours of consumers in the table fats market were analysed. It was concluded that new advisable model of fat consumption with vegetable fats domination was determined.
