Effect of Fazor 80SG on selected quality characters of potato tubers during storage
Abstract
The experiment embraced two factors: applied doses of Fazor 80 SG and potato varieties. The potato tubers were stored in a cellar and in a clamp. Fazor 80 SG was applied four weeks before harvest of tubers. The applied inhibitor reduced losses of starch and vitamin C and accumulation of reducing sugars and sugars total.
