Parameters of thermomechanical analysis of liquid whole egg

Abstract

Thermomechanical analysis (TMA) of liquid whole egg was described in the paper. TMA was characterized as one of the dynamic testing method of viscoelastic samples. Rheological parameters obtained from TMA analysis and their values for liquid whole egg were also described.
