Quality evaluation of lunch soy concentrates
Abstract
The quality of five types of lunch soy concentrates without meat produced by „Polgrunt” was evaluated. The content of nutrients and chemical pollutants was determined. The obtained results were compared with qualitative and quantitative requirements defined in relevant standards and regulations. It follows from the investigations that the quality of lunch soy concentrates without meat is consistent with the quality declared by producer and conforms to the Polish standards and requirements.
