Technical requirements of production of soft drinks without conservants

Abstract

The article presents the main technical requirements for soft drinks production facilities. The requirements are focused on non preservatives carbonated soft drinks. Special attention was paid on production sectors like: water treatment, syrup room, CIP station and filling line. Also CIP procedures for the production equipment were reminded.
