Title
The influence of nitrogen fertilization on communities of fungi associated with seed of brewing barley
Abstract
The species composition of fungi associated with seed of brewing barley of Rudzik and Brenda cultivars was similar. However their number was different and depended on the nitrogen level applied in the fertilization. Together with the increasing of nitrogen fertilization the number of fungi Fusarium spp. increased on the surface of seed. These fungi, making about 25% of total number of isolates didn’t effect the quality of seed, malt and obtained congress worts.
