Title

Aminoacid and protein composition of lupin seed preparations

Abstract

The protein contents, aminoacid composition as well as fat contents in groat, flour, and protein preparations obtained from seeds of lupin (Lupinus luteus) variety Topaz were determined. It was found that, the methods of seed processing influence the investigated characteristics.
