Title

Acceptance of unconvectional food for young consumers

Abstract

The aim of this study was assessement of acceptance and behaviour toward unconventiona food in young consumers becaming to students population between 22 to 29 years old. Study was usefulness to assessment knowledge different kind of non traditional food and its acceptance level. Results of this study indicated that poor knowledge about unconventional food consumers raveled high level of the acceptance. It was probably caused for fear of the divided to the neophobic groups. Results analysis showed that young consumers characterized mistrust towards this kind of foods. Respondents don’t recommend this kind of food for his friends and not frequently bought its for themselves. Investigations showed also that respondents don’t known about a hygienic quality of this unconventional foods.
